To satisfy the specific needs of its customers, Deltasolar’s staff accounts for highly qualified technicians, who have an experience of several years; these technicians are divided among the different sectors of the company, and are constantly directed and instructed by the owners of the company.
Designers
There is a specific designer staff for radiant panels. Cooperating with the customers’ technicians, they analyze each environment in order to customize the different circuits, also taking into consideration the type of rooms, the windows, the type of floor… Usually, a first inspection is carried out in each construction site in order to coordinate all the workers who work before and after the installation of radiant floors. This step ensures an optimal result.
Installation Team
Aside from the supply of the “ assembling kit”, Deltasolar relies on internal staff to set up radiant floors. Deltasolar’s technicians undergo frequent refresher courses on new technologies and attend meetings to be constantly instructed on how to solve at best the problems they might have to face in the different construction sites.
Employees
In Deltasolar’s offices the staff is always updated in order to provide their customers in order to achieve the best efficiency possible. Aside from accountants, there is also a specific sector dedicated to prepare estimates of costs for the customers and to interface directly with the customers in order to analyze any single need and to supply an accurate estimate of the cost in a prompt way.
