GUARANTEES – INSURANCE
Any Deltasolar system is covered by civil liability for TEN YEARS by the Fondiaria Sai insurance company. The number of the policy is X0157559205. This covers all the installation, restoration and maintenance works performed by our technicians up to a limit of indemnity of 750.000,00 Euros. We like to underline the fact that Deltasolar staff is highly specialized and trained.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR FACTORY DEFECTS
Our materials are covered from damages derived by factory defects for an amount of money equivalent to the damage suffered. The materials we use are of the highest quality, and they meet the norms of the European Community. Lab analyses, tests and our experience have proven that reticulated polyethylene’s life-span is almost eternal.
WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO USE THAT INSURANCE POLICY BECAUSE WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEMS.
