
WE PROVIDE HEAT ONLY WHERE NEEDED
Using DELTASOLAR’s systems in industrial buildings, the heat is distributed only where it is actually needed. By means of the large radiant surface – the floor – we can provide the optimal comfort at men height, while the heat is not distributed above that height, and therefore it is not dispersed.
Thermal dispersions diminish when the difference in temperature between the inner and outer air close to the walls is lower: with our radiant floors there will be only about 10°C on the ceiling (differently from other systems, which register temperatures up to 38-40°C); this allows to save up a large amount of fuel.
In other words, a smaller volume of air is heated; and for the fact that the heat is concentrated only in the lower parts, it is possible to heat open environments such as sports centers, tennis courts..

The radiant heat produced by our systems provides an increased comfort and a high energy saving rate even in large buildings: with an actual temperature of 18°C the human body feels the sensation of being in an environment heated at 20°C, and this grants huge energy saving rates.
Air that is heated through low temperature radiant floors floats upwards at a very slow speed while it cools down. It then acquires a higher density even before it reaches the ceiling. This way the contact with the colder walls is avoided, differently than what happens with the older systems or with a very high air temperature.

There is another way to save energy in large buildings such as industrial buildings, sports centers… While with the other systems the heat is distributed in any part of a large environment, even in those areas that are unused, with our radiant floors it is possible to heat and provide comfort only to those areas that are actually used, leaving cold those spaces that are unused.
This is possible thanks to the fact that our floors are divided in 5x5 meters modules, where each block has its own circuit that can be heated or not, both manually and automatically. Deltasolar can also air-condition large surfaces with radiant floors, granting comfort and energy saving.
