Optimal distribution of heat
With Deltasolar’s system, the whole floor is the heating body: with our projects and our laying method, it is possible to achieve a temperature of 20°C (or more) in the whole house with a floor temperature that is evenly distributed. The floor doesn’t feel hot, but, being at about 10°C cooler than the human body, provides a comfortable warmth.
REDUCTION IN THE CONVECTIVE MOTIONS
The air that is heated by our radiant floors moves upwards very slowly so it cools down gradually while it flows upwards. For this reason the temperature in the higher points of the environment is lower than that found at body-height. Dust is not raised and high environments are heated with a saving in energy in an efficient way.
NO DUST IN THE AIR
Due to the low temperature of Deltasolar’s radiant floors, the air speed is quite slow, and therefore the upwards convective motions are not enough to raise the dust that covers the surfaces. This is a great advantage for those who suffer from allergies.
NO THROAT IRRITATION DUE TO DRY AIR
Our systems don’t work with the high temperature of the conventional heaters, and for this reason the air in the environments doesn’t go dry, and it is not necessary to use water tanks or humidifiers. This is good not only for furniture and wooden floors, which don’t crack anymore, but in particular for human beings who will not have any more problems at their breathing apparatus.
GREAT FOR ANY KIND OF FLOOR AND ALSO WITH PARQUET FLOORING
Due to the low temperature that is evenly distributed with our systems and due to the air that is no longer too dry, both the parquet flooring that is glued and the one that is laid on nailing strips will not undergo those cracks that are typical in the environments heated by conventional heaters.
INDEPENDENCE OF THE ENVIRONMENTS
Each environment has one or more circuits that allow the independent setting of the temperature: with the installation of dedicated chrono-thermostats and electro-valves it is possible to condition each room with times and temperatures that are different according to the need of each individual.
CLEANER WINDOWS AND CURTAINS
To achieve the best comfort even for what concerns bio-architecture, Deltasolar uses the most natural materials, and for this reason they decided to patent their pipe staples, which are the only ones that can be applied directly on cork panels or to other natural surfaces. This way it is not necessary to use metallic grid, which tend to create a “Faraday cage” effect that keeps the natural energy flow inside the human body.
NO HEATER COVERS
Heaters and heater covers will soon be only a memory. Even if it seems a minor fact, in a house a quite high amount of money is used to cover the heaters.
NO MITES ON FLOORS
With conventional heating systems, the floors are normally covered by invisible parasites: the mites. They are frequently the cause of diseases, allergies and asthmatic syndromes. These parasites like humidity, and they can easily live in environments that are heated with the conventional systems, but they don’t find comfortable living conditions in those homes heated by the Deltasolar’s radiant floors.
CHILDREN CAN ALWAYS PLAY ON THE FLOOR
Marble or tiles are not cold, but warm: it is nice to even sit on the floor.
THE FLOOR IS WARM EVEN DURING THE NIGHT
During winter, even when the system has been switched off for a few hours, the environment is still warm. Walking around barefoot is still comfortable even when you need to get up to use the bathroom during the night.
INVISIBLE SYSTEM
Our system is essential in those environments in which the look is important, and technical elements might ruin the desired architectonic balance. For this reason we have been chosen to heat environments designed by famous architects or to condition places such as the Mole Antonelliana or the Egyptian Museum in Turin or the Diana Gallery at the Reggia of Venaria, as well as several churches.
FREEDOM IN DÉCOR AND MAXIMUM USAGE OF FLOORS AND WALLS
Heaters take away precious space: they penalize the interior décor by keeping from placing a couch, a wardrobe or a bookcase where one would like to. In shops the heaters keep from exposing the goods in the desired way, causing a potential sale loss. This is no longer true with our radiant floors.
If there are no heaters in the way your home looks more beautiful, and you can place every piece of furniture in your desired spot. In a traditional home there can be even more than 10 heaters, and each one of them wastes 1 sqm: 10 sqm wasted because of the heaters mean a waste of money, which can be even higher than 15.000 Euros, for your home. With Deltasolar’s radiant floors there will be no waste.
NO MARKS ON THE WALLS
Walls don’t get dirty anymore and stay clean longer. This is a saving of money, because painting won’t be as needed.
NO MAINTENANCE
Deltasolar’s radiant floor are maintenance free.
