Since the 80s, Deltasolar has done its best to satisfy its customers by providing them with the best comfort. Analyzing all the other systems, several problems were found, such as the heat difference in between rooms, temperatures that were too high causing feet swelling… these problems were caused by the approximation in the planning and installation of the systems, due to the fact that several companies prefer to focus on the commercial aspect of the product rather than its quality.
These systems are based on fixed inter-axes in between pipes, or on a grid, or staples that keep the pipe in contact with the insulation underneath it. With these methods, the amount of piping used is often not enough. Furthermore, they require a space of 20 cm to be installed; and this space is often not available.
Also, in order to obtain the best results, the pipe should not have a small diameter (the optimal would be 20 mm) and it shouldn’t be in contact with the insulating material, because it would then limit the thermal exchange with the surrounding cement, creating inertia phenomena as well as temperatures that are too high.
